摘要
采用"神华煤制高浓度水煤浆工艺技术"的汕头桂宇水煤浆厂新建25万t/a生产线2010年3月建成投产,新生产线采用"分级研磨"和"优化粒度级配"的技术思想,明显提高了制浆工艺对煤种的适应性,实现神华煤高浓度制浆,大幅度降低系统电耗的目标。文章主要对神华煤与传统制浆工艺的比较、投资及运行成本比较,为神华煤制水煤浆厂的设计、推广和应用提供了实效经验数据。
In March 2010 ,Shantou Guiyu coal-water slurry factory use" shenhua high concentration coal-water slurry coal technology" build 250,000 t/a line, and use "grading grinding" and" optima/ panicle size gradation" technological ideas, obviously improved the adaptability of slurry - making process of coal, and realized the goals of high concentration pulp, reduced power consumption goals. This article mainly compared shenhua coal and traditional pulping process,investment and operation cost. which provide efficient experience data for design and promotion and application of shenhua coal slurry factory.
