摘要
目的:观察西药米非司酮配伍米索前列醇与中药益母草颗粒联合治疗药物流产的疗效与安全性。方法:选择无药物流产禁忌证的早孕妇女80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。药物流产采用相同服药剂量与方法,治疗组第3天开始同时加服益母草颗粒,对照组不加用任何药物。结果:治疗组药物流产后阴道出血时间、出血量、月经恢复等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗早孕药物流产,可缩短阴道出血时间、减少出血量,有利于患者的康复。
Objective：To Observe western medicine mifepristone influences compatibility rice suo forefront alcohol and Chinese motherwort particles combination therapy drug of abortion effect and safety.Methods：Chose 80 cases of early pregnancies women with non-medicine abortion contraindication,who were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Drug abortion used the same drug doses and methods,the treatment groups began to add clothing motherwort particles in the third day,The control group added nothing.Results：After miscarriage by drugs,The treatment group vaginal bleeding time,blood loss,menstrual recovery indexes than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Integrative Medicine treating medical abortion can shorten vaginal bleeding time,reduce blood loss,beneficial to the recovery of patient.
