大连石化300×104t/a渣油加氢装置设计处理能力为8955t/d,加工原料为29%的俄罗斯常压渣油(AR)、14%的俄罗斯减压渣油(VR)和57%的沙轻减压渣油(VR)。装置设计开工时数为8000h,在处理设计原料时催化剂的预期寿命是335d,加工常压渣油与减压渣油进料300×104t,两系列催化剂沉积金属总量为230t。截至2009年7月底,已连续满负荷运行362d,累计加工常压渣油与减压渣油混合进料301.8×104t。由于本周期所加工原料苛刻度低于设计值,以及存在产品质量指标放宽等因素,在设计苛刻度下,催化剂寿命还有约4~5个月时间。如果实施控制提温速度、选择易加工原油等手段,预计可以运行至2011年4月,但想要达到所有催化剂均匀失活难度较大。建议在余下的运转期内,除了要求进料中杂质含量不超过设计指标外,最好选择酸值小于0.5mgKOH/g原油,常渣中Ni/V小于0.5、总N小于3500μg/g、C7沥青质小于7.0%(质量分数)的原油进行加工。同时,尽量选择容易处理及中等程度的原油。
PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company′s 300×104t/a residuum hydrogenation unit has a designed processing capacity of 8955t/d.Its feedstock is a mixture of 29% Russian atmospheric pressure residuum,14% Russian vacuum pressure residuum,and 57% Saudi vacuum residuum.The designed operating hours of the unit are 8000 hours and its catalyst life expectancy when processing designed feedstock is 335 days.The amount of feedstock fed when atmospheric or vacuum residuum is processed is 300×104t and the total amount of metals deposited by two families of catalysts is 230t.By the end of July 2009,the unit had operated 362 days in a row at maximum capacity and processed a total of 301.8×104t of feedstock consisting of atmospheric and vacuum residuum.As the severity of the feedstock processed in this circle is lower than the designed value and also due to the relax of product quality indices,at the designed severity,the catalysts have about 4-5 months before having to be replaced.If measures are taken such as controlling the speed of raising the temperature and selecting easy-to-process crude oil,the catalysts are expected to remain effective in April 2011.However,it will be very difficult to achieve a homogeneous deactivation of all catalysts.During the remaining operating period,the content of impurity in the feedstock should not exceed designed values and it is best to use crude oil with acid value lower than 0.5mgKOH/g.When atmospheric pressure residuum is processed,Ni/V should be lower than 0.5,total N should be lower than 3500μg/g and the percentage of C7 asphaltene should be lower than 7.0%(mass fraction).In addition,it is best to use easy-to-process and medium grades of crude oil.
