空气灌肠和钡剂灌肠在小儿肠套叠中的应用比较 被引量:1

Application Comparison between Air Enema and Barium Enema in Children Intussusception

摘要 目的比较空气灌肠和钡剂灌肠在小儿肠套叠中的应用效果。方法在X线透视下,使用自动控制压力的肠套叠复位机,对238例肠套叠患儿分别进行空气灌肠及钡剂灌肠诊断及整复治疗,并进行统计分析。结果行空气灌肠组确诊率98%、复位率97%,平均耗时20 min;行钡剂灌肠组确诊率98%,复位率93%,1例肠穿孔,平均耗时50 min。结论两者的确诊率均较高,但空气灌肠复位率稍高于钡剂灌肠,同时更方便、快捷、安全。空气灌肠是诊治小儿肠套叠的首选方法,也是最佳无创治疗方法。 [Objective]To compare the application effect between the air enema and barium enema in children intussusception.[Methods]Using intussusception reduction machine with automatic pressure-controlling device,238 children with intussusception were diagnosed and treated by air enema and barium enema under X-ray,and the statistical analysis was conducted.[Results]In the air enema group,the diagnosis rate was 98%,the reduction rate was 97%,and average time was 20 min.In the barium enema group,the diagnosis rate was 98%,the reduction rate was 93%,average time was 50 min,and there was one case of intestinal perforation.[Conclusion]The diagnosis rats of two methods were high,but the reduction rate of air enema was slightly higher than that of barium enema,and air enema was more convenient,fast and safe than barium enema.The air enema is the first choice for the diagnosis and treatment of children intussusception,and it also is the best non-invasive treatment.
