摘要
将DCJTB掺杂入Alq3中,作为黄光发光层,制作了一种基于新型蓝光材料PAA的白光有机电致发光器件(OLED)。器件的结构为ITO/NPB/PAA/Alq3:DCJTB/Alq3/Mg:Ag,通过PAA层的蓝光与Alq3:DCJTB层的黄光混合实现了很好的白光发射。结果表明,器件在4.6 V时启亮,在5.2 V时达到最大流明效率4.26l m/W,在18.8V时亮度达到7 792 cd/m2,在13 V时达到最佳色坐标(0.32,0.34),此时的效率为2.17 lm/W,电流密度为14.7 mA/cm2。对掺杂层的发光机制进行了深入的研究,讨论了载流子陷阱和能量传递在掺杂层发光系统中的作用。
An ITO/NPB/PAA/Alq3:DCJTB/Alq3/Mg:Ag white organic light-emitting device based on PAA was fabricated.An excellent white light emission was achieved by mixing the blue light and the yellow light from PAA layer and Alq3:DCJTB layer,respectively.The turn-on voltage of the device is 4.6 V,the maximum luminance efficiency is 4.26 lm/W at 5.2 V,and the luminance reaches 7 792 cd/m2 at 18.8 V.The device shows an excellent white emission with chromaticity coordinates of(0.32,0.34),luminance efficiency of 2.17 lm/W and current density of 14.7 mA/cm2 at 13 V.The light-emitting mechanism of the doped layer was analyzed,and the effects of charge carrier trapping and energy transfer in doped light-emitting system were discussed.
