摘要
介绍了牛仔成衣涂料浸染前处理、染色等工序,优化了阳离子化预处理工艺和涂料浸染工艺的工艺参数,对前处理及染色过程易发生的染色不匀、色点、染色过深或过浅等原因进行了分析,提出了防范措施。
Pretreatment and pigment exhaust dyeing processes of denim garments are introduced. Technological parameters of cationic pretreatment and pigment exhaust dyeing are optimized. Reasons for uneven dyeing, colored spots in pretreatment and dyeing are analyzed, and precautions are put forward.
