摘要
近几年我国房价居高不下,国家出台多项调控措施希望稳定房价,但效果不明显。本文从介绍美、韩两国调控房价的经济政策入手,分析了我国现行利用税收调控房价的情况,提出了实行保有税和"供应冲击型"政策的配合,实现税收与供应政策有效结合稳定房价等建议。
For recent years, house price in China has remained high, many approaches have been taken to stabilize house price hut they turned out to he far from satisfaction. Starting with the house price control policies implemented in the USA and South Korea, this paper analyzes current situations of the house price control through the means of tax, and then puts forwed some suggestions concerning combined approaches of implementing property possession tax and providing more housing supplies, which realizes the combination of taxation and supply policies, so as to stabilize the house price.
