摘要
近年来,河北省随着经济社会的快速发展,能源保障、经济发展和环境保护三者之间的矛盾与冲突日趋加剧。本文根据3E系统协调发展的内涵,基于河北省3E系统间的协调状况,对河北省的3E协调度水平作了客观评价分析,认为河北省能源—经济—环境综合协调度低,制约了河北经济的可持续发展,为改变这种状况,提出了提升河北省能源—经济—环境协调发展的对策及建议。
In recent years,with the developing of economy and social of Hebei Province,the contradictions and conflicts grows further between energy security,economic development and environmental protection.The article analyses the implication of coordinated development.Based on the coordination of Hebei Province,the author made an objective evaluation and analysis for the level of 3E coordination degree of Hebei Province.The result shows that Hebei Province＇ 3E comprehensive coordination degree is low,which will restrict the sustainable development of Hebei Province.In the end,the article gives some practical advices to promoting the coordinated development of 3E of Hebei Province.
