摘要
目的:观察药物流产术后服用屈螺酮炔雌醇避孕药(商品名:优思明)的疗效。方法:药物流产226例分为观察组(101)例,对照组125例。观察组在药物流产后,当晚睡前开始服用优思明1片,连服21天;对照组术后不服避孕药;均在术后第1、2、3周及月经来潮后随访4次,观察药物流产后阴道流血的时间、流血量及月经恢复等情况。结果:观察组和对照组流产后阴道流血量为月经量1～2倍者分别占58.2%和87.8%,少于月经量者分别占34.3%和6.1%,有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组月经恢复时间为25.8+2.5天,对照组为34.5+5.6天,有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组无重复妊娠发生。结论:药物流产术后及时服用优思明可明显减少阴道流血、促进月经正常恢复,并且能减轻受术者的心理负担和紧张心情,同时可有效避孕,避免重度流产。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of oral administration of Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol Contraceptives （ trade name：Yousiming） after drug - induced abortion. Methods： The 226 patients after drug - induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups ： observation group （ n = 101 ） and control group （ n = 125）. The observation group began to take Yousiming orally after drug - induced abortion, 1 tablet per day, before going to bed, for 21 days; and the control group didnt take Yousiming orally. All patients were followed up 4 times at the 1 st,2nd ,3rd weeks after operation and after menstrual flow. Then the bleeding time ,blood loss and menstruation after operation was observed. Results： In 2 groups, the blood loss more than 1 - 2 times menstrual flow was 58.2% 和87.8% respectively, and the one less than menstrual flow was 34.3 % and 6.1% respectively （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Recovery time period of observation group was 25.8± 2.5 days, but that of control group was 34.5 ± 5.6 （ P 〈 0.01 ） ,and there were no repeat pregnancy in observation group. Conclusion：Oral administration of Yousiming can reduce vaginal bleeding significantly,and promote the resumption of normal menstruation, and reduce the psychological burden and stress mood of patients underwent surgery, and its effective contraception can prevent severe abortion.
