摘要
对山东省汽车维修行业的基本情况、管理现状进行了调查，旨在对山东省维修行业有一个清晰的了解；分析存在的问题，为行业管理部门提供可靠的决策依据。
The paper gives the investigation of the basic circumstances and present conditions of automobiles maintenance industry of Shangdong Province in order to know more about existing problems inside the industry and provide the management departments with reliable evidence for decisions.
