摘要
ANG是一种新型的储气技术,它具有储气压力低、储气设备材质要求不高、储气瓶制备工艺简单、储瓶自重轻、充气站建站费用低且设备使用寿命长等优点,其关键在于高储气能力的天然气吸附剂。近十几年来国外为开发这种储气技术在天然气吸附剂方面做了大量的工作,国内近几年的研究也取得了许多可喜的成果。作者以木质素和石油焦为原料,已经开发出性能优异的天然气吸附剂。其中粉状吸附剂的吸附量(6.0MPa、25℃)可达24%以上,甚至高达30%,比表面达2500m2/g;成型的块状吸附剂吸附量可达21.9%,比表面达2000m2/g。由于成型后吸附剂的密度有明显的增大。
ANG is a new gas storage technique,having following advantages:low storage
pressure,lessstrict quality requirement for the materials of storage equipments,simple
manufacturing process for gas storage vase,light sole weight of gas storage vase,low cost for
constructing gasfilling station and long service life of the equipments.The crux of this technique
is natural gas adsorbent with high gas storage capacity.In recent tenodd years,for developing
this gas storage technique,a great quantity of works on natural gas adsorbent have been done
abroad and the research at home in recent years has obtained also many gratifying
achievements.The authors have developed goodproperty gas adsorbents by using lignin and
petroleum coke as raw materials,of which,the adsorbance of powdered adsorbent(6.0
MPa,25)can reach over 24% even 30% (weight percent concentration) and its specific surface
reaches 2 500 m2/g;and the adsorbance of shaped blocky adsorbent can reach 21.9% and its
specific surface reaches 2 000 m2/g.Because the density of the adsorbent will increase
obviously after being shaped,its gas storage volume ratio can reach 180 or so.
