摘要 医学图像三维重建是一个多学科交叉的研究领域,是从二维图像中获取三维的结构信息,为用户提供具有真实感的三维图形。在对三维重建技术研究的基础上,结合可视化开发工具视觉化工具函式库和医学图像分割及工具包,利用大规模软件工程中的设计模式思想,设计实现一个医学图像处理系统。该系统集数据采集、数据管理、阅片、图像分割、三维重建、交互处理等功能于一体,可广泛应用于医院的各个科室。 3D reconstruction from medical images is an application of computer graphics and image processing in biomedicine engineering.it is the technique of getting 3D structural information from 2D images,and this provides users with real senses of 3D graphics.Based on the study of the techniques of 3D reconstruction,we ananlyze the VTK and ITK and QT toolkit.Then we design the medical imagen renconstuction system with the principles of design pattern.This system is a medical application software having many functions including data gathering,data management,images reading,measurement,images segmentation and reconstruction.This system can be applied in every department in hospitals.
