摘要
企业中的班组作为企业组织中的基本细胞单位,是保证企业中各个工作环节可以顺利进行的基础,因此一个企业中的班组管理的好坏,是决定一个企业是否能长期发展的重要因素。文章以企业的现状作为切入点,分析了解决问题的相应方法。
The management of team and group in the enterprise is the basic cell as the enterprise organization guarantee enterprise unit,and it is the work of all links can be smooth completion of basic usually link.Therefore,management of team and group in the enterprise is good or not,directly determines an enterprise whether the long-term development of the important factors.Based on the analysis of the present situation of enterprise as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the appropriate method to solve the problem.
