摘要
文章简要介绍了中国石油华北油田公司"十一五"以来在科技管理方面的创新做法,如,科技资源整合、激励机制的进一步完善、研究团队建设、科技资金和项目管理等,以及科技工作取得的成就;探索了制约华北油田主营业务发展的关键技术问题,提出了今后搞好科技工作的一些设想和建议。
This paper briefs on some practices and achievements on science and technology resource adjustment,prompting measure,group construction and innovation management since the '11th Five-Years Plan'of PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company.It also explores some key problems and technical challenges which restrict primary business development of Huabei Oilfield and puts forward science and technology management suggestions.
