摘要
高校科研经费管理是高校财务管理的一项重要内容.在高校科研经费增加、来源增多的情况下,一些学校在科研经费管理中出现了制度不健全、管理不严、监督力度不够等问题,为了解决这些问题,应从健全制度、明确管理职责、加大监督等方面加强科研经费的财务管理,达到高校科研经费高效使用的目的.
Management of researching fund is an important part of financial management in college.Some schools appeared to be inadequate management,poor management and inadequate supervision and other issues in research funding system under increasing research funding,the source number of cases in university.In order to solve the these problems,it should strengthen supervision of financial management to achieve efficient use of university research funding purposes from the respects of a full system,a clear management responsibility and a Inadequate supervision of research funding.
