摘要
随着眼用制剂的广泛使用而引起的眼部不良反应发生率日益升高。因此眼用制剂研发中的局部安全性问题已引起重视。从药物、抑菌剂及渗透促进剂等方面对产生眼用制剂局部安全性的主要原因进行阐述,并对提高眼用制剂安全性的方法作一归纳。
With the widespread use of ophthalmic preparations,the incidence of ophthalmological adverse reaction caused by ophthalmic preparations has been increased.Therefore,the local safety problem of ophthalmic preparations in RD has drawn more and more attention.The main reasons including drug,bacteriostatic agents, penetration enhancers and the improving measures for the local safety of ophthalmic preparation are reviewed in this paper.
