摘要
现代物流作为一种先进的组织形式和管理技术,成为企业生存和发展新的增长点和利润源泉。近年来,国内物流业迅速发展,不但数量急剧增加,而且规模迅速扩大,但是物流企业的内部控制管理却没能和企业同步成长起来。内部控制作为管理的中心环节,很大程度上决定了企业的兴衰。文中从对物流企业内部控制的含义出发,深刻理解内部控制的内涵;重点对目前我国企业内部控制存在的主要问题进行总结,并提出相应的对策。
Modem logistics as an advanced form of organization and management techniques, survival and development become a new growth point and source of profit. In recent years, the rapid development of the domestic logistics industry, not only has risen dramatically, and has expanded rapidly, but the logistics company＇s internal control management and enterprise synchronization failed to grow up. Management of internal control as the central link to a large extent determines the rise and fall of the enterprise. In this paper, the logistics of departure the meaning of internal control, a deep understanding of the connotation of internal control; focus on the current internal control of the main problems were summarized, and corresponding countermeasures.
