摘要
为了考察掺纤维对混凝土阻裂、止裂能力的影响规律,分别研究了掺钢纤维和掺聚丙烯纤维水工大体积混凝土的初裂强度、等效抗折强度、弹性模量和弯曲韧性。结果表明:掺聚丙烯纤维将一定程度降低混凝土的初裂强度、抗折强度和弹性模量,有利于小幅提高混凝土的等效抗折强度、承载能力系数和弯曲韧度值。掺钢纤维有利于显著提高混凝土的初裂强度、抗折强度和等效抗折强度,且弹性模量略有增加,承载能力变化系数和弯曲韧度值大幅增加。总体而言,与掺聚丙烯纤维混凝土相比,掺钢纤维混凝土具有更好的延性和抵抗混凝土开裂的能力。
In order to investigate on crack resistance and crack arresting capacity of concrete mixed with fibers,we studied the initial-cracking strength,equivalent flexural strength,elastic modulus and flexural toughness of hydraulic mass concrete mixed with steel fiber and polypropylene fiber(PPF) respectively.The results show that concrete with PPF has a slight decrease in initial cracking strength,flexural strength and elastic modulus,yet has small increase in equivalent flexural strength,load carrying coefficient and flexural toughness.The mixing of steel fiber has significant positive effect in improving initial-cracking strength,flexural strength and equivalent flexural strength,causing slight increase in elastic modulus and significant improvement of loading capacity coefficient and flexural toughness.Overall,concrete mixed with steel fiber has better performance in ductility and crack resistance than that mixed with PPF.
