南水北调中线穿黄盾构隧洞工作竖井设计与实践 被引量:5

摘要 南水北调中线一期穿黄工程盾构隧洞南、北岸工作竖井是穿黄工程中设计及施工难度最大、风险最高的项目之一。经研究比较,竖井采取地下连续墙加满堂内衬的结构型式,并根据地质条件及竖井工作特点,对竖井采取了相应的加固及防渗措施,很好地解决了竖井基坑开挖深度大、地形地质和受力条件复杂、结构体型和基坑降封水难度大等难题。北岸、南岸工程工作竖井先后于2007年和2009年建成运行,经受了施工期与运行期各种工况的考验。可为同类工程参考。 The working shaft of shield tunnel crossing Yellow River of Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is one of the most difficult projects with the highest risk.After research and comparison,the scheme of underground diaphragm wall with full lining structure is adopted and corresponding reinforcement and seepage control measures are taken according to geological conditions and working shaft features.As a result,the problems are solved such as the deep excavation of foundation pit,complicated graphic and geologic situations and stress condition,difficult design of structure type and water lowering and sealing construction of foundation pit.The working shafts in the north and south banks were built in 2007 and 2009 respectively and they have been subjected to the tests of various working conditions in the construction and operation periods.
