摘要
目的观察和评价拉氧头孢钠应用于胸外科术后肺部感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取胸外科术后合并肺部感染患者50例,给予拉氧头孢钠1～2g/d,每天2次,疗程7～10d。观察其临床疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应等情况。结果 50例患者的有效率为92%,细菌清除率为91.6%,未发现明显不良反应。结论拉氧头孢钠能有效而安全地治疗胸外科术后肺部感染。
【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Latamoxef Sodium for lung infection in patients who underwent thoracic surgery.【Method】Fifty cases with postoperative lung infection were recruited,the clinical efficacy,bacterial eradication rate as well as adverse reactions were evaluated.【Results】 The efficiency rate was 92%,bacterial clearance rate was 91.6%.There were no obvious adverse reactions.【Conclusion】 Latamoxef Sodium is an effective and safe antibiotic.It might be one of the drug of choice for lung infection in thoracic surgery.
