摘要 目的探讨百草枯中毒肺部64层螺旋CT表现及临床价值。方法对百草枯中毒患者的不同时期分别行胸部64层螺旋CT检查,并对74例胸部CT影像征象进行回顾性分析。结果 74例患者出现了肺纹理增多、肺实变和肺纤维化。结论百草枯中毒在肺部有明确的影像学征象,其影像学表现与病理密切相关,多层CT征象与中毒机制的对照研究对临床治疗有非常重要的指导意义。 Objective To evaluate 64-slice spiral CT manifestations of toxic lungs induced' by paraquat and its clinical value. Methods The 74 patients with different stages of paraquat poisoning were detected by 64-slice spiral CT chest examination, and their signs of chest CT images were reviewed retrospectively. Results In the 74 cases increased lung consolidation and lung fibrosis occurred. Conclusion Paraquat poisoning in the lungs has clear imaging findings, imaging and pathology are also closely related each other; multi-poisoning mechanism of CT signs and the contrast study have important clinical significance.
