摘要
喹诺酮类化合物是一类临床广泛使用的广谱、高效、低毒抗感染药物。随着耐药菌的迅速增加,抗感染治疗正面临重大挑战。因此,对喹诺酮类化合物进行结构修饰以获得活性更强、抗菌谱更广、毒性更小的抗感染药物仍是抗菌药研究领域的重要课题之一。综述近年来喹诺酮类化合物结构修饰及抗菌活性研究的新进展。
Owing to the their broad-spectrum,high potency and low toxicity,quinolones have emerged as one of the dominant classes of chemotherapeutic drugs for treatment of various bacterial infections.However,the spread of quinolone resistance has arisen.Therefore,looking for novel quinolones with more potential activity and lower toxicity by changing and modifying their structures remains a topic of a challenge at present and in the future.The new developments in the study of structural modification and antibacterial activity of quinolones were reviewed.
