摘要
目的观察步长稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的疗效及耐受性。方法将82例心律失常的患者随机分为两组,治疗组44例采用步长稳心颗粒治疗;对照组38例应用胺碘酮治疗。观察疗效及耐受性。结果治疗1个月后治疗组总有效率92.59%,对照组总有效率81.82%。两组间差异有显着性(P<0.05)。结论步长稳心颗粒治疗心律失常有明显疗效,更易为患者耐受。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and tolerability of Buchang Wenxin Granule on arrhythmia.Methods 82 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups,with Buchang Wenxin Granule group（n=44）,and control group with amiodarone therapy（n=38）.Therapeutic Effect and tolerability in the two groups were observed respectively.Results After 1 month,the total effectiveness in the treatment group was 92.59%,with 81.82% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two,with（P0.05）.Conclusion Buchang Wenxin Granule present distinctive effect and better tolerance in the treatment of arrhythmia.
