摘要
基于泉州电业局变电站远程视频辅助巡视操作系统的建设实例,阐述了系统的功能、结构、关键技术和作用。系统采用先进的视频巡检技术、SCADA系统联动视频监控、多屏显示和摄像机倒装技术,解决了电气设备在自动巡检和远方操作监视存在的技术难题,极大地提高无人值班变电站自动化控制水平。
Quanzhou Power Administration substation remote video patrol operating system supporting the construction of examples to explain the system function, structure, key technology and function. Video inspection system uses advanced technology, SCADA system linkage video surveillance, multi-screen display and the camera flip technology to solve the electrical equipment inspection and remote operation in the automatic monitoring existing technical problems, greatly improve the unmanned substation automation level.
