摘要
传统调度对无功管理更多考虑的是安全性和可靠性,对经济性考虑较少,采取的无功惩罚机制也缺乏足够的激励性。然而,在电力市场环境下,包括无功服务在内的各种辅助服务,由无偿提供转向有偿服务是必然趋势。文章借鉴部分国外辅助服务经验,结合国内电力市场改革特点,对电网无功调度提出一些可行的建议。
The conventional power dispatching always concerns more the system security and reliability than its economic, so the mechanism of the reactive power penalty lacks enough encourage. However, under the power market conditions, it is trends that all ancillary services including reactive power services, must turn form no--paid services to paid services： Using the experience of other countries for reference, the paper gives some suggestions for reactive power dispatching considering the characteristics of china power market reform.
