摘要
为掌握武威市凉州区绵羊寄生虫感染情况,选择具有代表性的山区、干旱草原地区、沙漠和半沙漠地区的3个乡镇,进行绵羊蠕虫学全身剖检调查。对所获全部寄生虫进行分类鉴定,共检出22种寄生虫,隶属于3门、4纲、5目、11科、21属,其中包括吸虫2种,绦虫6种,线虫12种,蜘蛛昆虫2种。本次调查基本摸清了当地绵羊寄生虫种类、分布状况、危害程度,为开展寄生虫病防治工作提供了科学依据。
The necropsy examination for a survey of parasite infection was performed on randomly selected sheep from mountains,arid grasslands,desert and semi-desert areas in Liangzhou district,Gansu province.The parasites identified were classified into 3 phylums,4 classes,4 orders,11 families and 21 genera.Among these parasites,there were 2 trematode species,6 cestode species,12 nematode species,and 2 insect species.This investigation provided accurate information on parasite species,distributions and harm to sheep populations in Liangzhou district.
