摘要
为筛选出高效的表面活性剂,减少农药使用量,选择癸二酸二乙酯(DES)、辛二酸二乙酯(DESU)、磷酸三丁酯(TBP)3种表面活性剂,以冬小麦为试验材料,采用大田喷施和紫外分光光度法研究其对Fe的渗透吸收作用。结果表明:3种助剂对Fe在小麦叶面的渗透量均有显著增加的效果;含有表面活性剂的Fe营养液在喷施48 h后,小麦体内的Fe含量均高于喷施后24 h,说明助剂的效果具有持续性;3种助剂中对Fe助吸效果为DESU>TBP>DES。筛选出TBP、DES和DESU 3种助剂最佳的喷施浓度分别为60 mg/L、40 mg/L和40 mg/L。
Wheat plants were sprayed with three surfactants of Diethyl sebacate(DES),Diethyl suberate(DESU) and Tributyl phosphate(TBP)respectively to study the effect on Fe absorption of wheat plants and to screen the efficiency surfactants for reducing pesticide application amount.The results showed that three surfactants all could significantly improve Fe absorption of wheat leaf,the Fe content in wheat plants after 48h was higher than that after 24h when wheat plants were sprayed with Fe solution containing the surfactant,which indicates that three surfactants have persistence for Fe absorption.The effect of Fe absorption is DESUTBPDES.The optimum spraying concentration of DESU,TBP and DES is 60mg/L,40mg/L and 40mg/L respectively.
