基质细胞衍生因子1在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其与微血管密度的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)在胃腺癌组织中的表达,分析其与相关临床病理指标的关系及其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系,探讨肿瘤细胞SDF-1的表达对胃癌生长和转移、肿瘤血管生成的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测胃癌组织中SDF-1的表达,同时免疫标记CD34,检测胃腺癌组织中MVD。结果 58例胃腺癌组织中肿瘤细胞SDF-1表达显示低分化、有淋巴结转移、有浆膜侵犯明显高于高分化、无淋巴结转移、无浆膜侵犯,与淋巴结转移、组织学分级、浆膜侵犯、临床分期等临床病理参数呈正相关(P<0.05),而肿瘤细胞SDF-1表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);肿瘤细胞SDF-1表达与胃癌组织中MVD呈正相关。结论 SDF-1可能通过促进肿瘤的血管形成而参与胃癌的浸润转移,影响胃癌患者预后;肿瘤组织表达SDF-1在胃癌生长、浸润、转移中发挥着重要作用。
