摘要
我国高等教育研究人员虽从美国引进、传播了院校研究的概念,并尝试推动了院校研究的实践,但信息管理作为现代院校研究的基础和重要内容尚未引起我国大多数致力于院校研究的学者的重视。我国大学在信息管理现代化的基础上开展院校研究,与美国相比仍存在较大的差距,要推动我国的院校研究快速进入现代发展阶段,必须突破信息管理技术落后的瓶颈。
The information management,which is based on the development of information technology,is the basis and important content of the institutional research.Institutional research is introduced into Chinese institutions in the era of information technology.At present,it is a problem that if the enviroment of information technology can meet the development of institutional research in Chinese institutions.This paper analysis the responsibility of two different departments of Chinese institutions,the gap of the information management and information technology in IR from the institutions of U.S.A,and the enviroment of information enviroment of Chinese institutions.
