美罗华在成人难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜中的临床应用 被引量：4

摘要 特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP）是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,在临床上为最常见的出血性疾病。成年ITP年发病率在北美为5.6～20/105〔1〕,欧洲为3.3/105〔2〕,多表现为慢性病程,糖皮质激素治疗对大多数患者有效,但作用短暂。
