摘要
通过对油缸的两种加载方案进行比较,仔细分析加载力的位置、大小与加载空间,巧妙利用二力杆原理,设计了专用加载工艺装备,并对其结构进行了有限元分析,满足了产品加载要求,加载试验获得了圆满成功。
In the paper,two loading projects have been compared;location,size,and space of the loading force have been analyzed carefully.Through the ingenious application of two-force principle,the dedicated loading process equipment is designed and made the finite element analysis.It satisfies the product loading requirements.The loading test has been very successful.
