摘要
高炉喷吹煤粉工艺是目前冶炼普遍采用的一项节能降耗的技术手段,由于瞬时喷煤量的较大波动严重地影响了高炉炉况顺行和喷煤水平的提高。实验得出瞬时煤量的波动较大时,可以通过调节二次风流量、喷吹罐压、流化风量等影响参数来抑制其波动,三者之间直接和间接的相互关系,使高炉炉况顺行稳定而提高生产效益。
The craft of spurt the coal in the BF is a technology which the iron works generally used,the bigger undulation of the instant spurted coal amount will be affected the BF produce and the spurt the coal level.When the instant coal amount undulation was bigger,through to adjust two times of air current capacities,spurt press and the fluidization air amount to prevent the undulation.The BF produce is normal.
