摘要
本研究报告了六种有机磷农药及三种重金属离子对小球藻生长的EC50值,并证实有机磷农药的毒性大小依次为:辛硫磷,对硫磷,水胺硫磷,DDV,氧化乐果,甲氨磷。同时研究证实了重金属的毒性大小依次为Hg2+,Cu2+,Zn2+,以及Fe2+对Cu2+毒性的拮抗作用。
The EC 50 values of six organophosphorus pesticides and three heavy metal ions to Chlorella vulgaris were studied. Firstly, according to EC 50 , there pesticides of six organophosphorus can be divided into three groups. Only phoxim belongs to first group, its EC 50 is 1.25mg/l. The second group includes parathion, its EC 50 is 7.0mg/l. The third group has the lowest toxicity and includes omethoate, methamidphos, dechlorvos, isocardophos. Their EC 50 are 57.0mg/l, 15.8mg/l, 13.4mg/l. Secondly, according to EC 50 , the relative toxicity of the heavy metal ions are respectively Hg 2+ , Cu 2+ , Zn 2+ , at the same time, the antigonysiic effect of Fe 2+ and Cu 2+ to Chlorella vulgaris is suggested.
