摘要
针对塔设备变径段的结构设计问题,根据塔设备的工艺要求和制造的可行性进行变径段结构分析,确定结构形式。根据塔设备的受载情况,应用ANSYS参数化有限元分析技术,对确定的变径段结构进行应力分析和强度计算,给出最佳结构尺寸。综合对比、分析结果,设计的变径段结构能满足工艺要求,且具有较好的强度和良好的制造性。
The structure of the transition sections of towers was analyzed and the structure forms were determined based on the technological requirements and manufacturing feasibility of the towers for the structure design problems of the transition sections of towers,and the stress and intensity of the determined transition section structure were analyzed and calculated based on loading conditions of towers using the technology of ANSYS parametric design language(APDL),the best structure dimension was given.The results of comprehensive comparison and analysis show that the transition section structure could meet the technological requirements,had good intensity and manufacturing feasibility.
