锂离子蓄电池负极碳材料充放电性能的研究

摘要 选用天然石墨、人工石墨、焦炭、PAN碳纤维及炭黑,分别代表锂离子电池负极碳材料的三种晶体结构,阐述了碳材料的结构,SEI层,高温热处理等,对其充放电曲线,嵌锂容量,锂嵌入的可逆性和第一周充放电效率的影响,指出经过改性的中间态碳材料。 Three kinds of crystal structure of carbon materials are represented, i.e. natural graphite, artificial graphite, coke, PAN carbon fiber and PEF. Based on the XRD, the influence of different temperature of heat treatment on the structure of carbon materials is also discussed. As a result, some factors which affect the charge discharge properties such as the structure of the carbon materials, properties of SEI, heat treatment, the reversibility and the capacity of lithium intercalation, the efficiency of the capacity of the first cycle of charger discharge of the cell are presented.
