摘要
在一台进气道多点电喷(PFI)汽油机EQ491i上进行了汽油、M10、M15、M20和M30燃料的负荷特性和外特性试验,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)测量了常规车用三效催化剂前后的甲醇、甲醛、乙醇、乙醛等非常规排放。试验结果表明:低比例甲醇汽油发动机的动力性和经济性基本不随燃料中甲醇含量的增加而出现明显变化,三效催化剂前的甲醇和甲醛等非常规排放随甲醇比例增加近似呈线性增加,但常规三效催化剂对非常规排放的转化效率较高,使三效催化剂后甲醇汽油发动机的常规排放和非常规排放与汽油机处于同一水平。
Engine load characteristics and full load speed characteristics were measured in an unmodified model EQ491i electron-controlled multi-point port injection gasoline engine fueled with pure gasoline and blends,M10,M15,M20,M30.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrometers were installed before and after the conventional vehicle three-way catalyst to detect the unregulated emissions,methanol,formaldehyde,ethanol,acetaldehyde and so on.The results show that power and fuel economy of the low-percent methanol-gasoline engine hardly vary with the increase of methanol proportion in blend fuel.In front of the three-way catalyst,these unregulated emissions,e.g.methanol,formaldehyde and so on from the engine increase almost linearly with the methanol addition proportion.The conventional three-way catalyst has very high conversion efficiency for these emissions,so that both regulated and unregulated emissions after the three-way catalyst are restrained at the same level as gasoline engine.
