摘要
精细化管理思想和方法的推广应用对煤矿企业文化具有重要影响。重点分析了精细化管理对企业文化的作用过程和机理。精细化管理对企业文化的作用具体表现在精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和物质文化四个方面,并最终使煤矿企业文化总体上表现为精细化的特征。并结合煤矿企业的生产管理实际,构建了煤矿企业的精细化管理模式。
The popularization and application of ideas and methods of delicacy management has significance for the culture of colliery enterprises.The paper emphatically analyzed the action process and mechanism of delicacy management on the culture of colliery enterprises,which embodied such four aspects as spirit culture,system culture,behavior culture and substance culture,so as to make the culture of colliery enterprises represent delicacy features in general.In addition,in combination with actual production and management in colliery enterprises,the delicacy management mode of the colliery enterprise was established also.
