摘要
针对SAE8620RH钢在锻造过程中容易产生组织缺陷,提出了典型的等温正火热处理工艺,并分析了等温正火工艺中间冷却速度对其组织和性能的影响,同时阐述了实际生产中等温正火后工件的硬度均匀性、形状和环境对工件组织和硬度的影响以及过热组织的消除方法。
In allusion to the microstructure defects occurring during forging for SAE8620RH steel, a typical process of isothermal normalizing was mentioned and the relationship between the cooling rate and microstructure was analyzed.Meanwhile, the uniformity of hardness of forgings after isothermal normalizing, the factors of shape and environment towards forgings, the countermeasures of overheating microstructure are discussed.
