职技高师院校贫困学生心理危机及其干预

Mental Crisis of Poverty-stricken Students of Vocational and Technical Teachers' Colleges and Its Intervention——The Case of Jilin Teachers' College of Engineering and Technology

摘要 职技高师院校贫困生心理危机产生的原因主要来自经济、学业、就业和情感四个方面,具体表现为自卑与敏感并存、自弃与自强并存、沟通能力与协作意识差、恋爱心理不健康等。职技高师院校应通过建立帮扶救助体系、加强职业生涯规划与就业指导,以及普及心理知识、做好心理疏导等手段对贫困生心理危机进行有效干预。 The mental crisis of poverty-stricken students of vocational and technical teachers' colleges mainly come from four aspects including economy,learning performance,employment and emotion,and the material manifestations are:co-existence of self-contempt and sensitivity,co-existence of self-abandoning and striving for better;bad communication abilities and cooperation sense,sickness of amativeness mentality.The vocational and technical teachers' college should carry out effective intervention for these students through building support and salvation system,strengthening professional career planning and employment guidance,popularizing mental knowledge and doing well in mental leading.
