摘要
TRIZ理论是Altshuller在分析了大量专利的基础上提出的,40个创新发明原理是其中的重要内容之一,包括分割、抽取、局部质量特性等原理。理论认为尽管很多专利虽然来自不同国家、不同领域,而且解决的也是不同的问题,实现的是对不同系统的改进,但是,这些专利是利用了某些相同的方法。也就是说,很多的原理和方法在发明的过程中是重复使用的。笔者根据发明原理的内容并结合工作实际,归纳总结了TRIZ的40个发明原理在化工行业中的实际体现。
TRIZ was proposed by Altshuller who had analyzed a lot of patents,and 40 inventing principles was one of the important contents of TRIZ,including division,local quality characteristics,extraction,etc.Although many patents came from different countries,different fields,and the different problems solved were from different systems,and these patents were using the same methods.Also,many of the principles and methods in the process of invention were repeated in using.According to the contents of the inventing principles and actual work,how the 40 inventing principles of TRIZ were reflected in the chemical industry was summarized.
