摘要
目的:分析胸腺肽(TP)对长期使用氢化可的松(HC)并致敏的小鼠免疫器官与免疫功能的影响。方法:16只C57BL小鼠随机分TP组、HC组与正常组。TP组与HC组小鼠肌肉注射HC0.5mg/d2周,用Hep2细胞致敏。TP组腹腔注射(腹注)TP10μg/d,HC组腹注NS,共6d。取胸腺和脾组织行光镜、电镜观察,测淋巴细胞毒试验、溶肿瘤细胞反应等指标。结果:TP能促HC致萎缩的胸腺、脾淋巴细胞增生,提高免疫活性细胞的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能。结论:TP能调整HC的免疫抑制作用,提高淋巴细胞免疫功能。
Objective:To analyse the effect of thymic peptides(TP) on immune organs and immune function of mice sensitized and under long term hydrocortisone(HC) administration.Methods:16 C 57 BL mice were divided into 3 groups:TP,HC and control group.TP and HC groups were injected intramusculary with 0.5 mg/d HC for two weeks and sensitized with Hep 2 cell.There,TP 10 μg/d was injected to TP group and NS to HC group intraperitoneally for six days.Thymus and spleen were taken for examination with light and electron microscope,cytotoxicity of lymphocyte and humoral immune response et al.Results:TP augmented lymphocytes proliferation of atrophic thymus and spleen,increased humoral and cellular immune response of immune competent cells.Conclusions:TP can adjust immunosuppression due to HC administration and improve immune function of lymphocyte.
