摘要
采用葡聚糖包被活性炭技术处理小牛血清,培养喉癌细胞株Hep┐2,观察该细胞ras基因表达对睾酮(T)、17β┐雌二醇的剂量依赖性。结果表明:该细胞为性激素敏感细胞,当17β┐雌二醇浓度为10-8mol/L时对ras基因的表达有明显的抑制作用,表达率为11.11%;而睾酮浓度为10-9时对ras基因的表达率增至44.44%。此结论为喉癌的内分泌治疗提供了理论基础。
Laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep2 was cultivated in vitro with DCCFCS which was treated by dextrancoated charcoal technique.The doesdependence of Hep2 to 17betaestradiol and testosterone was explored. The results showed that Hep2 cell line is sexualsensitive cell line.When the concentration of testosterone is 10-9mol/L,the expression rate of ras oncogene increased to 44.44%;on the contrary,when the concentration of 17betaestradiol is 10-8mol/L,the inhibition effect on expression rate of ras oncogene is remarkable,the expression rate decreased to 11.11%.This study offered the evidences of the endocrine therapy for laryngeal carcinoma.
