摘要
借助金相显微镜和图像分析仪,本文阐述了GCr15 钢热处理工艺及原始组织对最终淬火、回火组织均匀性的影响.结果表明,适当的改善热处理工艺和合理的选择原始组织将会使淬火后组织均匀性增加,诱发碳化物析出,提高轴承钢的使用寿命.
By means of metallographic microscope and image analysis device, the paper deals with the influences of heat technologies and primary structures on the structures homogeneity after the final quenching and tempering treatment of GCr15 steel. The results show that it can make structure more homogeneous, induce carbides precipitation, lengthen bearing steel lifetime though improving heat treatment technology and choosing the primary structures properly.
