摘要
目的:探索健身街舞对改善大学生身心健康的干预实效,为其在高校推广提供依据.方法:随机抽取的40名在校大学生进行3个月的健身街舞练习,针对干预前后身心方面的变化进行对比研究.结果:健身街舞能使大学生身体形态、心肺功能、耐力素质及心理健康方面有显著性改善功效.结论:健身街舞符合现代竞争社会下全民健身的需要,进入高校是大势所趋,值得推广.
Objective:Explore the fitness dance to improve the effectiveness of health interventions,provide the basis for promotion in the university.Method:Random sample of 40 college students,3 months fitness dance exercise for physical and psychological changes before and after intervention were compared.Results:Street dance enable students body form,cardiorespiratory function,endurance and mental health significantly improved efficiency.Conclusions:Street dance Society meet modern competitive fitness needs,access to college is a trend worthy of promotion.
