摘要
针对１９９８年江西发生特大洪涝灾害的状况，总结了水土流失的原因及其治理成效，提出了加强水土保持工作的对策。
Faced on the situation of the especial heavy floodwater disaster occured in 1998, the author analysed the factors causing water and soil losses and summaried the water and soil conservational results in recent years of Jiangxi province. The countermeasures of strengthening soil and water conservational work have been put out here.
