摘要
针对不同有效载荷的测试任务,为降低有效载荷测试成本、提高测试系统通用性,提出了基于PXI平台的有效载荷综合测试系统;通过对载荷特性的分析,给出了系统的软硬件设计方案,其中硬件采用了NI的数字I/O模块、模拟数据采集卡和一自研板卡;软件以LabWindows/CVI为开发工具,从XML文件读取参数配置信息,方便修改;系统实现了两种指令的发送、模拟量采集及显示、数字量采集及发送的功能;进行了测试实验,验证了综合测试系统的功能和性能,达到了测试有效载荷的目的,提高了有效载荷测试效率,具有一定的实用价值。
For the test tasks of different payloads,in order to complete the tests,reduce their cost and improve the generality of the test system,the Integrated Test System of Payload Based on PXI is proposed.The hardware and software are described in detail by analyzing the characters of the payload.The NI Digital I/O module,the NI analog multifunction DAQ module and a self_developed module are integrated.This system is developed on the LabWindows/CVI platform.The configuration is saved using XML which is flexible for changing.The system features include： the transmission of two kinds of commands,analog telemetry acquisition and display,digital telemetry sampling and transmission.Test experiments have been done and the functions of this system are proved.The goal of payload test is achieved efficiently.It is valuable in the field of payload test technology.
