摘要
目的:了解某医学院护理专业学生的营养知-信-行(KAP)现状,探讨营养教育对学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为的影响。方法:营养教育前首先对两组进行KAP调查,然后对教育组进行营养教育,对照组不施加任何干预措施,之后再次对两组进行KAP调查。结果:营养教育前,两组的KAP得分差异无显著性;营养教育后,教育组学生KAP得分均有明显提高,而对照组KAP得分无明显改变;营养教育后,教育组KAP得分明显高于对照组。结论:营养教育是提高学生的营养知识水平,改善其营养态度,改变其不良的饮食行为和习惯的有效手段。
Objective:To learn about the students' present level of nutrition knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP) which alter the students' attitude towards nutrition and to correct their unhealthy eating habits.Method:The two groups' present level of nutrition KAP before nutrition education were investigated,education were done in the case group,any intervention measures weren't taken in control group,comparition about the present level of two groups' KAP were done.Results:Before nutrition training,there was no statistical significance between control group and case group.While after nutrition training,the case group KAP scores were more significantly increased than it before that;while,the control group KAP scores had not been found significantly change between before and after the training.Also after the nutrition education,the case group had significantly higher KAP scores than control group.Conclusion:Nutrition training plays an essential role in promoting their nutrition-knowledge learning,improving their attitude over nutrition,and correcting their unhealthy eating behaviors and habits.
