济钢超低碳、超低磷钢转炉溅渣护炉工艺

摘要 随着超低碳、超低磷钢种冶炼的增多,济钢复吹转炉终点氧含量大幅提高,严重侵蚀了转炉炉衬。从高氧化性炉渣对炉衬的侵蚀机理入手,提出了兼顾溅渣层和炉底的溅渣工艺,介绍了超低碳、超低磷钢溅渣护炉工艺参数的优化及取得的效果。 As more and more ultra-low-carbon steel and ultra-low-phosphorus steel are made in Jigang,the oxygen content in molten steel at blowing end-point of the BOF steelmaking converter is greatly increasing and as a result the converter lining is seriously eroded.Based on the erosive mechanism of highly oxidized slag on the lining,the slag splashing process for considering the conditions related to the slag splashing layer and the bottom of the converter is proposed.And finally this paper introduces something about the optimization of the technical parameters and achievements on the slag splashing process for protecting the lining of the converter during ultra-low-carbon steel-making and ultra-low-phosphorus steel-making.
