摘要
针对消费电子产品设计开发的初期阶段,探讨了数字化虚拟原型样机在工业设计中的应用价值,并以一款数码相机的三维模拟仿真为实例,在Virtools平台上对虚拟原型样机的设计方法、使用模式以及开发技术进行了全新的尝试,着重探讨了产品功能及操作方式的虚拟仿真技术以及产品外观真实感表现的实现方式,进而验证了虚拟原型样机应用于产品可用性评估的可行性。
According to the design and development of consumer electronic products in early development stage,taking the 3D analog simulation of a digital camera as real example,it dicussed the application value of digital virtual prototype in dustrial design,also took a new try on design method,using model and development technology of virtual prototype on Virtools platform.Combined with Virtools platform,it focused on the virtual simulation technology of production function and operation mode and manifestation mode of product＇s reality,which proved the feasibility of virtual prototype applied to the usability evaluation of products.
