摘要
目的探讨经尿道等离子双极电切在前列腺增生诊治中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院45例应用经尿道等离子体双极电切术患者的临床资料。结果平均手术时间80 min。无膀胱颈穿孔、尿失禁、水中毒等并发症发生,随访3个月～1年,所有患者排尿情况良好,均无排尿困难、尿道狭窄、尿潴留等发生。结论 TUPKP治疗前列腺增生症是安全可靠的,具有着适应证广、出血少、损伤小、恢复快等优点。
Objective To study the role of transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy（TUPKP） in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A 45 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with TUPKP was analyzed retrospectively.Results mean operation time was 80min,there were no bladder neck perforation,no syndrome of transurethral resection（TURS） were occurred during the procedure.After 3month to 1 year postoperative follow up,there were no complications as disuria,urethral stricture,urinary retention and urinary incontinence in all patients.Conclusions With the advantages of less blood lost and respectively wider indication,TUPKP is a safe and efficient method in the treatment of BPH.
